Major Telecommunications Company Deploys Nimaya 6.0 Product Line

Latest software licensing validates Nimaya's most recent platform release

FAIRFAX, Virginia – October 17, 2005 - Nimaya Inc., a leading provider of revenue maximization applications, today announced that a Fortune® 100 telecommunications company has deployed the Nimaya 6 Software Platform.

Through this implementation, Nimaya provides a complete "Customer Management Portal" environment that enables the firm to centralize the management of their distributed customer data. The implementation integrates data from multiple lines of business and functions including multiple billing systems, sales force automation systems, marketing systems, accounts receivable systems and customer service systems. The customer has deployed the following components into production:

  • The Hierarchy Manager Application of Nimaya 6 for consolidation and management of the firm's customer hierarchies across these multiple systems.
  • A configurable business rules engine for creating actionable operational metrics that provide real-time insight.
  • Nimaya GridScan Applications are being used to present the customer hierarchy, customer data and associated customer insights, as a single desktop solution, via the web.

This implementation is currently in production serving several corporate users that are leveraging the application to manage their enterprise customer hierarchies and to gain operational insight into their corporate data.
